Designing for rotational moulding is an important part of ensuring the correct function features are accounted for, such as wall thickness, final weight, expected stress factors and aesthetics. Thereby a successful end rotomoulded product. Our engineers, using the latest CAD software, will ensure that your product and the mould tooling is customised to your satisfaction and at the most cost-effective solution.

Mould Engineering
HIGH QUALITY MOULD DESIGN & FABRICATION
The rotational molding process uses centrifugal force, not pressure, to coat the surface of the mould. This means the molds are relatively low cost to manufacture when compared to other processes such as injection and blow molding. However it is still vital that the mould is of the right type and designed correctly for the specific product type.

Product Testing
PUT YOUR PRODUCT THROUGH ITS PACES
When required by a client the product is subject to testing such as pressure or leak testing as part of the Quality Control procedure.
Depending on client requirements products are given a batch number or unique serial number during manufacture, against which data is recorded: date and time, batch number of raw material used, staff working on product, plant used, test results, QC Sign off.

We are experienced in providing a full solution to our customers. This includes receiving other components to assemble and complete a finished product ready to be dispatched. Our extensive and long-term relationships with suppliers means we get great pricing on hardware and engineered parts, ready to be fitted to your unique product. From complex assemblies to consolidating a kit, we are proud to be able to respond to your needs with a quick, no-fuss service.

Warehousing/Storage
ONLY WHEN YOUR READY
Once your product is completed we can where possible hold your stock in its own designated area on site. You can then either arrange to pick up as you require or we can manage dispatching product direct to you using a freight company.
